they could improve by not locking their students in a franchise out of the one search engine with all the resources on. I've really struggled this year after enrolment. poor support. lack of resources and help for students not on campus!

Diverse locations of the various campuses (campi ?). Iinvolvement with local communities. Staff with relevant experience as well as academic status. Modern outlook based on the 100 year experience of the contributing establishments. Geoffrey Boulton (a near neighbour!)

Competent staff who have currency in the area they are "teaching" rather than treating students as cash cows
