Unit Fight Academy

I was new to anything fighting or fitness related but wanted to get in shape and learn some defence techniques to protect my family and myself. I was very nervous about starting something like this as I am 36. I spoke to Barry at the Fight Academy and he was very warm and welcoming and assured me I had nothing to worry about.
