Old school gym with really good functional equipment

Great prices, but equipment is kind of old, and the smell isn’t great, but you’d expect that from any gym. Good selection of protein stuff aswell. Would recommend for anyone trying to get in shape/build muscle

Friendly staff who take time to help you learn and progress through a great workout. The upstairs gym is perfect for beginners and advanced alike as it’s modernised equipment is perfect for topping off a workout in the downstairs gym which is for more old school bodybuilders, free weights and plated machines are the perfect tool to build muscle.

Freaking great place to work out every possible price of equipment you need to get and stay in shape. Excellent protein shakes at a great price. Personal training available from multiple awards winning coach. Super fun freindly staff to help you. 10 out of 10.
