Wesley is a great instructor. The classes are welcoming and you always come away having learnt something, as well as getting a proper workout. Highly recommend!
Great teacher and classes. Wesley is really knowledgeable. Learning a lot about technique, it's not just a fitness class. I've been to the group class and had 1-2-1 sessions too. I'm building confidence in my boxing and rolling. Will be going again and again!
