Great variety of equipment and amazing classes, the owner Scott is top notch and personal trainer Dan is really helpful and committed in helping me achieve my goals. highly recommend joining!
Really good gym with tons of free weights, strength training machines and a separate cardio area. There is a cafe downstairs that sells healthy meals and carb loading meals if you get hungry. The staff and clientelle are friendly - I want to echo one of the other reviews - best gym in the area, hands down.
