Amazing coach Matt Smith and his incredible team of coaches and boxers are just the kind of people and environment I want my kids to be around and absorb. Great role models from kids aged 8 to the older kids and young adults learning to box and having bouts to the adults that attend the fitness classes but dont spar, and everyone in between, are great.
