They can’t even be bothered to reply to texts or phone calls. A text saying “sorry, we’re fully booked for the foreseeable…..” takes a few seconds. If this is how they treat potential customers, imagine what it’s like when you’ve given them your money.

Got my C1 licence first time. They were really helpful and handled all of the stages from initial application to final test. Will use again when need to get trailer licence.
