  • Taj has been perfect for an exercise newbie like me! I'd never set foot in a gym and had no enthusiasm for fitness but Taj really turned that around for me. I learnt so much and enjoyed myself even when I was pushing it! I can't recommend her enough if you want to change your attitude towards exercise. The physical and health results are a bonus to feeling like you're just working out (sometimes very hard!) with a friend :)
