  • U First Fitness have kept me motivated for nearly 3 years and continue to bring challenging exercises, which are never easy but test your strength to the max! Ant & Sarah put so much energy, enthusiasm & knowledge into every class and really shows their passion for health & fitness.   • I started here two weeks ago and what first hit me was how welcoming everyone is, it's such an inclusive place to work out! Sarah and Ant are amazing and they explain and demonstrate all the moves and give you so much encouragement! They gave me a nutrition plan that is easy to understand and listened to my goals. The exercises are varied throughout and you can adapt each exercise which has been great as a beginner. Every session hits every muscle group and I can't wait for my next one!

  • Honestly, one of the best decisions I made was joining U-First Fitness last year. I wanted to do outdoor workouts again after being inconsistent with gym visits. I enjoy the variety of the sessions, the social aspect in any session I go to (we do have a friendly/supportive bunch from all walks of life) and the mental boost alone is worth it.
