  • I’ve been going to Twist Studios regularly for a year now. My PT Hannah is great at keeping our sessions challenging and varied, and she’s helped to make fitness an integral part of my weekly routine. The team create a friendly atmosphere that I haven’t found in other gyms in the area!

  • I am really enjoying my experience of personal training in Forest Hill, the team are fantastic, really friendly and supportive. Jaime my personal trainer is perfect in helping develop my fitness and strength. I’ve also trained with Katie and Adam who were both great. Would definitely recommend this place!

  • I’ve been training with Carlene for two years and it’s been a great experience. Carlene was my first PT and under her guidance and support I’ve built so much strength and flexibility. Sessions are always varied to keep it interesting and she’ consistently gives me the confidence to push past my limits. Sessions are the right level of intensity but always feel safe and controlled. Without Carlene’s enthusiasm I’m sure I would have given up by now!

  • As someone with long term health conditions, who is overweight and not at all athletic; I was looking for a personal trainer to help me achieve some fitness goals. It was important for me to be able to have a trainer who understands my health and limitations, shows me how to train effectively and without injury, build my strength, improve my overall fitness and enjoy the process. I had walked passed Twist Studios which is close to home countless times but didn’t think they would cater for me....

  • Signing up with Twist Studios is one of the best things I've done! It's such a supportive and motivational environment. I love my sessions with Katie and look forward to them each week - they are challenging but rewarding and fun. Three months in and I can already see the difference. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her as a personal trainer if you want to achieve your health and fitness goals.
