When Nicky offered the opportunity for the adults gymnastics class I was so excited. I thought it would be just a bit of fun but it's quickly turned into so much more and it really feels like a team. It's so lovely to be around coaches who clearly love their sport and know what they are talking about and being able to watch other gymnasts who are so talented, pushes you to do more and be better, but I also love that we can cheer on others who aren't as confident. My daughter has been with twist and flip since she was 10months old and has absolutely loved it. She's now almost 6 and still really enjoying her sessions.

I was in the waiting list for almost 4 years I you could have at least kept ringing to tell me how much longer it was till I could go but I to another club now and were kinda rivals so go away
