Hi this is Lorraine Gregory. Yesterdays pasta workshop was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! Vikki was a great teacher and made the demonstrations and instructions easy to follow. I enjoyed the workshop and had a lovely experience. I would highly recommend the pasta workshop for any wants to learn how to make pasta ,which tasted delicious, and have a fun time.

We booked the Colourful and Fresh pasta Making Course as a Birthday present for mum. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. Viki hosted a great interactive workshop firstly you're shown how to make the dough for your pasta and shown a number of different additives to not only colour your pasta but make it more nutritious. Following you're shown many ways to shape your pasta and how to use a pasta machine. Your pasta is then cooked, and you eat your own creation with some amazing sauces made by Viki ...

I attended Viki’s pasta making class at La Mama’s it was fantastic! Lovely homemade snacks were provided, we got to make two different colours of pasta and we got taught loads of different shapes, one was cooked to eat at the end of the class with a choice of homemade sauces and we got to take the other home to cook later! I can highly recommend.

My 12 year old son and I attended Vikki's pasta session today and it was amazing. It was such a lovely way to spend time in a relaxed and friendly environment. Archie was the youngest there and got stuck in making Hungarian paprika pasta and then cocoa pasta in a variety of shapes. Definitely given him the confidence to replicate at home. Worth every penny xxxx

Fantastic Pasta Party at home for my 40th birthday! Everyone had a fantastic time. Viki is a great teacher, so passionate about cooking & full of knowledge & information about the different foods. Great way to spend an evening with friends & the food was delicious too! Highly recommend this to everyone.
