Brilliant classes, fantastic instructor and assistants, and a great bunch of people. If you want to get fit and learn a new skill, this should be high up on your list - give it a try. Highly recommend!

Had such an amazing taster session , and have booked on for more classes, Kelly and her team do a great job of making learning fun, it teaching discipline and learning skills in a playful manner along side teaching self defense, would definitely reccomend!

An amazing Choi kwang do school it has both male and female instructors, who are all very respectful of our beliefs, they have helped us fit Choi around our religion The instructors are great with the kids and very professional. This school has built my daughter's confidence up I couldn't ask for more. Nothing is to much trouble for this club. I would definitely recommend them ..

Amazing school. Instructors patient and friendly. You learn at your own pace and are encouraged to progress no matter how old you are. Definitely would recommend to all.

I started out six months ago and am loving this. It's such great fun and well worth trying. I'd never done anything like this before and the instructor has loads of patients, which was needed with me and my lack of co-ordination. I'm on my way to my third belt now and am having a fantastic time and to boot.
