Horrendous company to deal with. Ordered weights, box smashed when they arrived. They claimed box is only for transporting!! Nothing mentioned about that on Amazon ad. Tried to return they want me to pay to return it! Finally agreed to sort a courier return, been waiting three weeks! My honest experience is absolutely disgusting service and company. I ordered a product on black Friday and still have not received my item. After countless phone calls and emails with no response. I have had to use PayPal to receive my money back as they don't ever respond.

That was quick delivery!!! I have placed my order yesterday morning for heavy bag paid with PayPal and it has just been delivered at my doorstep. This is my second leather punch bag form Turner Sports. I would definitely recommend this company and products. Top quality!!!
