Tui'S Flowers & Tui'S Food

I loved the experience of learning to cook some Thai dishes with Tui. Tui was very welcoming and let us take the time to experience all the ingredients and really understand what we ere doing while we were cooking. The flavours of the food cooked by us were beautiful! I would definitely recommend this experience for a different weekend afternoon!

We have had the pleasure of visiting Tui 3 times for Thai Cookery Experiences and have loved each one. Each time we jave gone as a group of 6 taking dofferent friends each time and we have all had great fun. Tui is a fantastic host in her lovely home, taking time to help each one of us learn how to make some truly fantastic food. Did a cookery course with Tui yesterday. It was a really great experience. We made 4 different dishes - a soup, dumplings, stir fry and mango and coconut rice for pudding. After each dish we stopped to sit down and eat them. Leftovers were then taken home which was a bonus as no cooking needed the next day! Myself and my friend had a lovely afternoon with Tui. She is very personable and clearly loves what she does. We made 4 amazing dishes and have the recipes to do them at home. What we liked was that they weren't too complicated that we wouldn't make them again. The house where it is held is lovely and Tui puts in alot of effort to make the dining table looking nice for us to sample our dishes.

Fantastic memorable experience and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Tui is a wonderful host and got everyone involved in making the most delicious dishes. We learnt loads and will definitely try to make the dishes of the day at home using the recipe cards we were given. Worth every penny and we can’t recommend the cooking class highly enough.
