The place has a nice, cosy ambiance and the service was good when we sat down but we waited 1 hr to get our meal at lunch and the food was just average. There was noone to be found when we finished our meal and we had to wait a while for someone to come and get our bill. More staff in needed at busy times of the day.

I've been Nordic walking with Beverley for about four years now and I can highly recommend it. It's a most enjoyable 90-minute march in beautiful Home Park on a Sunday morning (although you can walk on other days too) - a great start to the day.
