  • Roshan-ara is an incredibly knowledgeable PT. She works out each training session understanding your level of fitness and takes into account any ailments. You can see the thought and effort put into each session as you feel an improvement in your fitness. Roshan-ara shows great encouragement and even takes time to understand your life and emotional needs. This is an all encompassing role to help us understand our fitness and mental health. I would highly recommend Roshan-ara.
