  • I would highly recommend Jack’s sports massages! I had a few in the lead up to and after the London Marathon and they would leave my legs feeling much fresher and ready to go again. Jack is very knowledgeable and friendly and has done the London Marathon himself so had lots of advice to give

  • I started attending Jack's TruFit bootcamps, this was a friendly & inclusive environment, with options for everyone. I decided to start some weekly Personal Training Sessions with Jack in January 2022. I have since increased these sessions to twice a week.
