  • I joined Troy’s in March 2022. I was massively unhappy with my body shape, was carrying more fat than I wanted and my diet was appalling.   • 11 months ago I signed up for Troy’s 6 week challenge, loved it so much I’m still here! I was so nervous on my first morning - 65+, never been to the gym before. I needn’t have worried! Troy, Mel and Mel put me at ease. Each workout is different, sometimes a challenge - but always worth it … always fun! I feel so much better - mentally and physically.
