  • Great experience for the kids

  • Place is good when "big dog" also known as "Adam" is training boxing and circuits, other than that seems a bit of a doss. The trainers are lazy and don't actually focus on the training, they seem to be more focussed on talking, that's the main reason why I left. It's also not really much of a "martial arts" academy when they only train boxing and kickboxing.

  • Superb friendly gym! I finally got my backside off the settee to start training again and have tried both the boxing and kickboxing sessions, both of which are great. You're welcomed right from the off, and there's certainly no 'i'm above you' mentality here. Everyone encourages you to get the best out of the session and the instructors are very knowledgable in their craft.
