  • After a year out of cycling I've just taken part in the Sunday morning Power Cycle spin class at Trojan Fitness (Northwood Hills). Fantastic studio, great bikes and very welcoming atmosphere. Professional instruction from Damien. Great way to back up your winter training and/or improve your fitness -highly recommended.
