  • We have worked with Dan for just over a year now and the results have been amazing. Through his careful exercise and diet plans we have both become much fitter and stronger and feel wonderful. Dan is a lovely trainer, very encouraging but very focused and keeps you motivated. We could not have achieved the results we have without him and I can't praise him enough for his dedication and excellent training. Thank you Dan!

  • The difference between training with Dan and simply going to the gym couldn’t be greater. I did several years of 3 to 4 gym visits a week, with nothing to really show for it. I’ve been training twice a week with Dan for 9 weeks now and the difference I feel inside is amazing. He came highly recommended and it quickly became apparent why. He has a great personality, genuinely motivating approach and (amazingly!) makes every time you step inside the gym something you really look forward to.

  • Dan is an absolutely fantastic trainer. It was clear from the outset that he cared a great deal about understanding my fitness goals and he instilled a whole new level of determination in me to achieve them. He's a great motivator and uses a wide range of interesting and effective exercises and routines. He's help me achieve my health and fitness goals and I really can't recommend him high enough. A+
