I feel fortune to have found TRICCS to start jiu jitsu and would recommend it to anybody. After the first class I knew I wanted to join and it was definitely the correct decision. All credit to all coaches and students for creating a positive atmosphere where you are encouraged to learn while simultaneously being challenged. The classes give you a great workout, a healthy competitive environment and great people - despite trying to choke each other (Looking at you JW)
