  • Tribe Strength is a unique gym with amazing trainers and members who all support and help each other. Regardless of age, ability and goals, from the first time you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome and feel part of a safe training environment with likeminded people who all encourage and help each other. There’s a good variety of timetabled classes throughout the day and night that suit all abilities whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced pro.

  • Absolutely love Tribe Strength Gym. Fantastic variation of strength and fitness classes taught by friendly and highly knowledgeable instructors in a very well equipped set up. Great range of time slots to fit around busy life styles and the gym is also open throughout the day for individual use. The users of this gym are all very friendly too which adds to the enjoyable and positive training experience.

  • I can't imagine going to any other gym. The coaches do an amazing job setting up tough and rewarding programmes. I mostly do the strength classes and I feel my strength has improved so much over the 4 years I have been at Tribe, I don't think I would have achieved that anywhere else and on my own. It is a great community and have made some good friends! Everyone is friendly and supportive. Always look forward to go to the classes.

  • Tribe is a great place to train. There are tonnes of classes to fit all schedules and abilities which will help you reach your goals whatever they are. Tom and the team are brilliant and keep the sessions varied so their tough but also fun. I've never enjoyed working out until I came to tribe - now I'm there most days and genuinely really enjoy it.   • Tribe Strength has a huge gym, loads of really nice strength equipment, and a lot of space too. Tom and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and ensure that we train properly so that we are injury-free all year round. Today, I did a class called ‘Hard, Fast, Strong’ 1030am every saturday! It’s awesome. Definitely recommend it! Thank you @harry
