Triage

Turned up for my appointment with my advisor today, I arrived at 9.15 for my 9.30 meeting. My advisor came to see my at 9.45 15 minutes late. This is not acceptable as she was sat at her desk?. When she came to see me basically had nothing to say only that I had the wrong attitude.

This organisation is a joke. It seems like yet another organisation designed to milk social funding without providing an effective service. The worker I most recently endured dismissed half of what I told her, treated me like a naughty child on several occasions, and reacted defensively instead of listening to me and acknowledging the simple content of what I'd just said. I completed at least one course at Triage that was supposed to end with a guaranteed interview, but nothing came of it. ...

I did over 1 year ago a Level 1 Business Administration course and not even now after all this tine I haven't received my certificate. I sent emails ,messages ,called them ,every time saying that should get to me in a few days ,just liars .Poor service,poor customer service ,I really don't recommend them.

Unprofessional people who take the government money without doing any work. Promises and just courses for your skills and the answer was that the courses are not so important because you'll have training anyway if you catch this kind of job. Three months zero result for any job interview and incompetent service, broken communication between them. Petty, petty people. Don't belive any of their promises. I waited for one CV for 3 months from them and ended up receiving the same as my old one. U...

So my first run in with triage was like 2013 or 2014, where they left me without contact for 6 entire months saying my advisors were ''on holiday'' or I had a new advisor, or my advisor had left, other nonsense , all the while the few times I DID see them they put their own inaction on me (nice gaslighting btw) - they had ''guaranteed'' interview opportunities that ended with waiting for weeks to find out I didn't get an interview, times when i'd spend over an hour in their office waiting to ...
