Great little Gym, really friendly staff.

Small and not much equipment but at least good quality machines and not extensive 6£ per session. Obviously membership is more cost effective but if you on holiday in Cornwall and need a few sessions that good enough.

We booked an outdoor activity for a hen weekend here, made to feel welcome, plenty of parking. Only feedback was the vending machine wasn't on (we needed a snack after the exercise!) And the water fountain was out of order.

Pretty good. One power rack, no fixed bench. Good staff and some interesting machines I'd not seen before. Good boxing/conditioning area.

Love this place! nicest people and best Instructors ! You can really be yourself here I love the spin classes they don't mind when I scream "make it burn" or when I scream " it's burning ! " The music really gets me going i scream " I am on fire " sometimes on the really hard classes I scream " feels like someone poured petro over me and set me on fire , because I am burning "... this place is great !
