Great gym. Good equipment and modern looking. Great staff who are friendly and happy to help. Clean and well kept. Classes in the evening with gym open all day early till late.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ladies toilets have emergency tampons, hair dryer and straighteners. There's also a lovely cafe. Can't ask for more really.

I used the gym for 18 months when I moved to Wales and have since moved away so won't be using the gym anymore so this is an unbiast review. I enjoyed every moment training in this great gym, it is ideal for both new trainers and experienced alike. It is run by a lovely family and a non intimidating atmosphere all the regular gym users were really friendly and there was no attitude or egos.
