Best gym ive ever trained at, staff and owners are amazing, the kit is the best in the uk 10/10 recommend

Amazing gym and great value for money. They have every machine you could ever need - including a new expansion which is full of good quality kit. Cardio machines and CrossFit are available too. The staff were very helpful and the community seems friendly and enthusiastic

The truth is that this place is -so good- that I didn't want to leave this review whilst I was still in Liverpool and risk making this place busier.
