  • Miha is a very experienced acupuncturist with good technique. I’ve had acupuncture before and felt very comfortable with him and he takes a very holistic view with his treatment plan. He has such a calming effect as well. The venue is my favourite, just walking down the hill to Training Points puts me in a good frame of mind.

  • I’m loving the postnatal class. It has a varied range of exercises tailored for core & pelvic floor, but also increasing general muscle strength. It’s wonderful how Mathilde takes care of the students and also the little ones, making the class a wonderful mom & baby experience. She is a highly educated & well rounded professional, apart from having a upbeat sunny disposition. The tutors are extremely welcoming and supportive, and offer a range of style classes at different times throughout the week which make is so easy to fit into a busy schedule!

  • Came across Training Points completely by accident during a summer walk and immediately knew I wanted to do a class here. Beautiful studio offering a range of classes and health/well being services. The studio owners, Mathilde and Taylor are both lovely and really care about the quality of the studio and classes. Memberships are worth every penny, would highly recommend!

  • I love this place, such a beautiful and tranquil location, I feel like it is truly self-care walking down the hill to the building. I've tried several different classes, barre, pilates and yoga and I love them all. All the instructors seem to work within the ethos of Training Points, poses are really accessible, there's no judgement or competitiveness, classes feel inclusive and a real treat for yourself and your body.
