  • Can't recommend Lucas enough. Very professional with training, diet plan... All classes are fun and all members are so friendly... Get yourself signed up and you would think why didnt you join sooner.

  • Lucas offers expert PT sessions, hit classes and so much more seven days a week. Lucas takes time to explain each exercise, he plans each training session to individual needs, he pushes you to the limit, he never stops his encouragement and is always trying to get the very best from everyone in the gym. I have been training now for over a year and at 59 I am in the best of fitness, aiming now towards a weight and body I had 30 years ago, with Lucas on my side I will not fail.
