  • July has completely changed my ability to engage with exercise. Every workout has been completely designed and adapted for my access needs and self determined goals. I feel supported, listened to and excited to show up. It feels revolutionary to be in a space that is so knowledgeable without the toxicity I often find in gym-culture. Couldn't recommend more.

  • July has created an incredibly welcoming, inclusive, and effective space to train - this is an amazing little gym for strength training! I've been working with her for a few years now, and cannot praise the experienced and understanding guidance highly enough. I'm stronger and fitter than ever before, I'm eating more optimally, and I understand the why behind things. There's no quick fixes or fads - it's all about solid, intelligently progressed coaching from a skilled and empathetic pro.

  • An incredible coaching experience - so so glad I signed up! July is so knowledgeable and understands me as an individual (I've had previous personal training but always yo-yo'd and struggled to stick with things beyond a certain point. July really helped me to understand why I kept repeating those patterns and has worked with me to make sustainable changes and progress over time). I never felt confident in the gym and was afraid of the weight section - it's now where I feel comfortable and I have strength in my body for the first time in my life. She adjusts programmes to where you are in life, is supportive through any changes you need... and isn't afraid to push you for the best results!
