  • I first came to Sam for a sports massage after my hips had ceased. After a few sessions I felt so much better, and continue to have sports massage now. I also go PT with him once a week, this is because I'm running a marathon soon, and don't think my body will of get around it without this. He will programme to what your goals are, he has so much knowledge and experience I would highly recommend. Sam is also really friendly and puts you at ease instantly.

Sam consistently works around my busy schedule and is always accommodating to ensure I get the most out of each session.   • I’ve been training with Sam for nearly 18 months. It’s the first time I’ve seen genuine results with a personal trainer, I have lost 13kg in weight and dropped two waist sizes. I like the way he really pushes me to do my best and is someone I can talk to about exercise and food (I’m really bad for junk food).   • Training with Sam has been a great experience. He has taught me a lot about eating correctly and also how to perform exercises with correct form. Both of these have resulted in me losing weight and gaining more muscle. I look a lot leaner now and it is all thanks to Sam. He pushes me on each session and sets me workouts to do in my own time which keeps me motivated on my end goals. More than anything, Sam is just a genuinely nice and friendly guy. I'd recommend using Sam to anyone.
