  • I worked with Jonathan at Tain before Moving house and I loved it. Jonathan really took the time to listen to the style of exercise I enjoyed most and in an amazing way pushed me to meet personal bests. It was nice for training to be about goals and mental well-being rather than just weight loss (although this also happened) . I can’t recommend these guys enough.
