I have used the mandatory training online courses for several years and found them informative but not imaginatively presented. Importantly ALL CERTIFICATES ARE ONLY VALID FOR 1 YEAR - with a recorded expiry date so even if your employing authority requires them updating less frequently, you have to repeat (and pay) every year in order to hold valid certification. This is both expensive and a poor use of time/effort

The training course was excellent and the trainer Jason made it even more enjoyable and easy to understand. Jason is patient and thorough with everything. He is a great asset to your organisation. Kuddos to him and the entire team behind the course.
