  • I like this gym. Not too big. I still have not managed to get on AQUA class always full. It would be nice to have more convenient times for AQUA classes on in the weekday evenings for people who work during the day. More Body Combat and also Tai Chi would be good too.

  • Great gym, and cafe, spa area with sauna , steam room and hydrotherapy pool great. Pool a bit small for fitness swimming as lanes narrow.

  • I've lived in Bedford since 2001 and the town was always crying out for a health club that was more than just a gym. It took 16 years, but in 2017 a local businessman with vision opened this place and it's great. My tennis playing friends all tell me that the tennis facilities are great but I love the well-equipped and, more especially, light and spacious gym.   • The best gym/health club in Bedford, no contest! All the facilities & equipment are brand new, serviced and well maintained constantly. Staff are very polite, PT’s are employed meaning they are there to help. Classes are very enjoyable and all the instructors are great. Have been a member for about 2months now and really enjoy going.
