  • It's very easy to get stuck in a rut, and put off your fitness until "tomorrow" Many of us have this mind set, but I decided to do something about changing it. I needed to find a group of like minded people that wanted to get fit and healthy, you are encouraged to work at your own pace, and in the 1st few months of being with them, I had already lost weight and got stronger, very happy with the results so far, now I just need to get rid of the Xmas weight I put back on. What started as a six week trial has ended up in years of life changing experiences that helped me grow mentally, emotionally and physically! The fact I can exercise early morning with so many other like minded people, undeniably sets me up for a good day.   • I joined TBFC back in August after a very long spell of no exercise and a lot of body pain. I felt totally welcomed and comfortable from my first class and within 6 weeks felt significantly better and so much stronger with a huge reduction in weight and pain. I love going to sessions and there’s such a great community here too. Now I’ve found it, I wouldn’t be without it… I am so grateful and cannot recommend enough!

  • I joined TBFC in February 2020 and cannot recommend it enough! I haven’t managed to maintain a regular fitness regime before but now attend sessions 3 or 4 times a week, consistently. I’m fitter than I’ve been since I was a teenager and feel so much better in myself (both physically and mentally). Emily, Jon and Renan are incredibly friendly, supportive and motivating.   • Love love love! Finally a sports group that makes people feel safe. Emily, John and Renan care about form etc. You could attend this group no matter your ability. All the different classes are great. They are there for you outside if you need a motivational pep talk or support for whatever reason too.
