Absolutely shocked by this company! Read the positive reviews about all the products and the staff being very helpful! I ordered some of the products and found that my grass still smelled. I reached out to them on social media for help. I have sent more than a dozen messages and they are not responding to me or giving me any help or advice on whether I’m doing something wrong or how to use the products correctly. After the usual trip around the amazon products with no change in my smell I found these guys. Bought the base soaker and whilst happy with it i found i still had a slight smell. I called the company and Emma called me back and gave me some great advice about the different products and there applications as my grass is a bit unique lets say. I purchased top dog turf for our lawn, best decision ever! It looks like a well manicured lawn, no mud, no bare patches. The dogs and the kids love it. Emma was great, very knowledgeable really made time to understand our needs. Emma called our installer to ensure that the correct method was used to reduce odour. Very good service, flexible about delivery time and changed it the day before as the build was delayed. Highly recommended.
