  • I have been seeing Tom for general strength and mobility training, with a focus on knee and ankle flexibility. He has been excellent in all aspects. Strong technical expertise, practical advice, a varied programme and the right balance of pushing me but not going too far. With this professionalism comes an easy personal style which makes the sessions fun. I highly recommend him.

  • Tom is a delightful trainer. He is very focussed on helping me achieve all that I want to. He designs exercises that help achieve this. I started only five months ago and have got more strength in my arms, core and legs. I have also lost 5cm off my waist. Would highly recommend him.
