Tom Carey Music

My son has been learning guitar with Tom for over a year now, since he was 7 years old. Tom is friendly, patient and calm. He paces the lessons well, chooses music that my son will enjoy and makes it fun . He's been teaching a variety of skills including chords, reading music and rhythmn - all from complete beginner level. He also gives us everything we need to continue guitar practice at home. A great teacher!

Tom is a fantastic guitar teacher. I was self taught and had reached a plateau. He planned the lessons around what I wanted to improve at, a mixture of music theory and just having fun learning songs. He explained all the music theory very clearly and helped me get into good habits while practising. He is always happy to answer my random questions and chat about music and gear. I strongly recommend.

Really enjoyed working with Tom. Great teacher and is really patient with new learners. Knows his stuff too.
