  • I would highly recommend Toby as a personal trainer. The sessions are always fun and enjoyable and Toby is very motivating and encouraging, with a great sense of humour and positive attitude, this empowers you to work out harder. The fitness plans are specific to my needs and Toby truly understands what is necessary to help me meet my goals, so happy I have him as my PT, worth every penny.

  • A brilliant PT and all-round nice guy! Toby puts 100% into every session and takes time to make up plans that are specific to your needs and goals. He always pushes you to do your best, while also making it fun! Would highly recommend him.

  • Toby is literally the best PT you could have, he always keeps you on track & he does plans to suit you & what you want out of your fitness. If you are unable to do a certain exercise because of an injury, he will make sure you don’t miss out by providing alternatives or coaching you to strengthen your injury!! He’s so friendly, understanding, & it is always a laugh every session (even though it’s tough)!!
