  • Toby is an amazing trainer! Best one I’ve had yet! He is patient, motivating, accommodating for anyone with a busy schedule. He cares about your fitness and health just as much as you do and he’s always very attentive, understanding and helpful. Not to mention that he is a nutrition expert, which just takes your training that much further! After a month I’m already noticing a huge difference in my stamina, health and appearance, truly a great trainer!
