Zoe is very kind and understanding dealing with a puppy and inexperienced owners. Her methods are effective and produce quick results although we have to remember how she did it which makes her youtube videos really helpful. Now that our course of three 1 to 1 sessions is complete our little man misses the ‘treat lady’. We will be asking Zoe to help us again in the near future.
