After cancelling our membership in writing and in person, Tiska / Harlands Mildenhall club continued to bill us. We had not attended for months (over a year), but Tiska still charged us.
Despite email proof showing that the instructor knew we were no longer attending we were not offered any refund once the error in the charges were pointed out. Infact Tiska requested MORE money from us saying we failed to pay.
