  • I've been with Tiro for 6 months - It's the best! I was a bit nervous at first as I'd not done strength/weight training before but Rob and Simon are really knowledgeable and demonstrate everything so you can learn the technique first, then gradually build up strength. It's honestly such a fun and welcoming place and although the classes are tough, they can suit all fitness levels! I recommend it to my friend who joined for pt sessions and loves it too!

  • Training with Tiro has not only improved my health but my confidence. I would always doubt my ability and if someone told me months back that I'd enjoy lifting weights or that I would love boxing I wouldn't believe them, this is all down to Simon's training style. He pushes me when I really need it but also makes the 1:1 sessions so enjoyable that I look forward to my training days and seeing how hard I can challenge my body and mind.   • Short version: fantastic place to get fitter and happier, Simon and Rob are great and knowledgeable trainers, it's worth every penny and every drop of sweat you put in.   • I have recently started sessions with Simon at Tiro and have found it a really lovely place to train. Everyone is so friendly and non judgemental and this has helped me to feel completely at ease.   • I have never liked going to the gym and having met Rob, and doing two sessions a week with him, I am now in the best shape I have been in my life and actually look forward to my sessions!
