This is a rating for the Hydrotherapy side not the cattery or boarding side. All staff we've met have been knowledgeable and friendly. Great with nervous dogs too. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Carpark is tiny but there is roadside parking if necessary.

Our cat hates being in a cattery. The people her where very nice. We have used them on occasion but try to avoid because our cat is old and prefers his home comforts.
