The calmest I've ever felt! This is the first time I've tried anything like this, so I arrived with an open mind and ended up loving the whole experience. Ness was so lovely to talk to and very informative during the whole session. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Situated in the idyllic Suffolk countryside, Ness has created a wonderful space for learning and healing. Her experience, knowledge and kindness are evident in her teaching, and she works with beginners and more advanced practitioners in a positive and caring way.
