Picked up a bike today, worked with Chris in Bridgend- incredibly helpful, always made time for me, friendly professional service. All staff I engaged with were friendly and helpful, not pushy at all - admin, paperwork and bike checks done efficiently, managed to go from ordering the bike to collection within a week, including finance. Will be going back for servicing/ support in the future and would highly recommend them, in particular Chris.

I've bought 2 bikes from Thunder Road, both times service was fantastic. This visit was for parts and accessories and the service was just as good. Good selection and I got everything I needed, would recommend to anyone......oh and the cafe is a regular stop, foods great and the staff are always super nice........last time finding towels for us when we arrived dripping wet
