  • Lee is an excellent PT, which is why I have trained with him for over 4 years. Sessions over Zoom are just as beneficial as face-to-face, with workouts either playing to my strengths or correcting weaknesses, depending on what I need. I recommend Lee to people of all fitness levels who want a PT and physio combined!

  • I can certainly recommend Lee - he has been my PT for sometime and I was worried at the thought of seeing my fitness disappear during lockdown. So I was relieved and delighted when he quickly and seamlessly moved his PT training online. With a combination of 1:1 Zoom sessions, group workouts and a personally tailored programme to use on my own, I've been able to keep up my exercise levels, and just as importantly develop a routine that helps to stay positive. • I've been coming to Lee for several months now and it's been so much better for my lower back and shoulder /neck problems than Chiro and Osteo. Lee is brilliant at talking you through what's going on and what will be helpful and doing lots of stretching in between sessions also helps. He even helped when my back went into spasms recently and text me with advice and YouTube stretches which was so supportive at the time. Very happy. 😊

  • Had over fifteen masssages with Lee when I was training for an ultra marathon and Ironman and have been going back ever since and recommended him to a bunch of friends. He knows exactly what to do and although sports massage can be deeply painful at times I always felt better after and fully trusted him. If you are training heavily or just need general maintenance go see Lee. #goseelee

  • Lee is a really good masseur and has a cheery and pleasant manner which puts you at ease. I have a lower back problem and Lee spent lots of time listening to me and trying to find the best way to treat the discomfort. He gave me exercises to do afterwards (hard to remember to do, but at least I know what I should be doing!). I've been to see him several times and actually each time has been better than the last! I've recommended him to all my friends.
