I would recommend to anyone, classes always have adaptations so you can do what suit...

  • I love Andy's sessions, I do some circuit training and some Pilates. It's great that all the classes are so local, with lots of flexibility. Andy is passionate and dedicated to helping people to achieve their goals, he will work with you, tailoring sessions to suit your needs. He is also very knowledgeable and keen to share this knowledge for the benefit of all.......... Thanks Andy
