Came to thonock park for an appointment with ping for a custom golf club set up. The whole process from start to finish was very professional, the custom fitting was done in a nice calm and relaxed manner including lots of laughs and jokes will highly recommend. Overall wonderful friendly staff couldn't do enough to help. Will be coming back soon to play a round.

Claims to be the best golf club around, but don't be fooled! More importantly, if you have a child that wants to play golf, take them elsewhere, there are plenty of other places that are passionate about the game and not just after the key to your wallet. I used to be a member for 3 years and I never saw the head pro out on the course...talking about leading by example! They have absolutely no clue when it comes to children safeguarding. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My wife and I arrived here on Sunday afternoon for an overnight stay in one of the guest rooms prior to my fitting on Monday morning. On arrival, all members of staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had booked into the carvery which was excellent, again, the staff were superb. The room was very clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. The following morning I had an Iron fitting with Paul which was very insightful and worthwhile. Perception of this place is nothing like the reality. Food excellent and good selection during week. Sunday carvery but it is best to book. Prices same as anywhere with good food. Party nights, themed nights very good. There is no one pestering you to leave straight after meal. Staff wonderful, caring and some have a laugh with you. Disabled in normal wheelchair, can fit in the lift with one person.

After a frantic contact with the Golf Club regarding us being let down last minute for a booking for lunch for 62 people, they were magnificent in supporting us and making things run smoothly. So grateful that they had the date and time we needed. Room set up to our requirements and the little extras needed for us in order to take subscriptions and hand out newsletters.
